This 6-week program blends connection, learning, movement, and celebration, recognizing that early parenthood is both deeply rewarding and uniquely demanding. Each gathering is intentionally paced and baby-led, allowing caregivers to participate in ways that feel comfortable and supportive for their family.

Participants can expect:

  • Coffee chats and introductions that encourage genuine connection and community-building
  • Guided conversations with trusted specialists, focused on topics relevant to early parenthood
  • Mommy & Me photo moments that capture this fleeting season of life
  • Gentle movement and music experiences, including dance and Zumbini classes designed for caregivers and babies
  • Brunch gatherings catered by Pur & Simple, creating space to linger, reflect, and connect

The Nest is not a drop-off program or a structured class — it is a shared experience. Families are encouraged to come as they are, participate as they wish, and take what they need from each session.

Whether you’re seeking connection, support, learning, or simply a warm cup of coffee and adult conversation, The Nest is a place to settle in, feel supported, and grow — together.
