- Frieda Hiller Park (in stage 76) construction starting in May, scheduled to open early Fall.
- Landscaping in stage 76 will be completed near the end of the summer.
- Stage 80/83 (south of 28 Ave, between 141 Street and Chappelle Drive), underground construction scheduled for May. Surface and power construction will follow.
