 Free to attend – everyone is welcome!
Browse dozens of tables filled with gently used items from Chappelle Gardens residents. You never know what you’ll find!

 Expect to see:
• Toys, games, books
• Clothing and accessories
• Home décor and small appliances
• Tools, collectibles, and more!

 Note: No early shopping before 10:00 AM

 Cash, e-transfer accepted at most tables, some may offer debit/credit (depending on the seller). An ATM is available on site.

 Want to sell your stuff? Residents can rent a table for $15 (max 2 per household) and a clothing rack for $5 (limited quantities). Log on to your resident portal to register (https://central.ivrnet.com/chappelle/).

• A large disposal bin will also be on site to dispose of oversized or unwanted household items that aren’t suitable for resale.

• A Goodwill donation bin will be available at the end of the event for unsold items you’d like to give a second chance!

• No large furnishings or oversized items for sale on-site (but sellers may bring photos and arrange private sales)
