What does the rental fee include?
Your booking includes access to:

  • Splash Park
  • Playground Facilities
  • Outdoor Green Spaces
  • Public Washrooms
  • Skate Change Room (for gear storage and indoor prep only)

Please note: Our outdoor spaces are shared-use areas. While your group will have designated access during your scheduled time, other groups, residents, or guests may also be using the space.


How long is each booking session?
You can choose a:

  • 90-minute session
  • 3-hour session

Bookings are available anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, based on availability.


How many children can we bring?
We can accommodate up to 150 children on site at one time. You may also add up to 10 extra children to your booking tier at $3 per child, if your group slightly exceeds a size bracket (provided the total number of children does not exceed 150).


Do you provide splash park equipment or supplies?
No. Chappelle Gardens does not supply personal items. Please ensure children arrive with:

  • Swimwear
  • Towels
  • Sunscreen
  • Refillable water bottles
  • Hats or sun protection gear

What happens if there is bad weather?
Because our facilities are outdoors, bookings are weather-dependent:

  • Severe conditions (e.g. lightning, heavy rain, extreme heat, or poor air quality) may result in cancellations or rescheduling.
  • We will notify your program’s main contact if unsafe conditions arise.
  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at no extra cost, or retained as stored credit for a future booking.

What is your cancellation policy for other reasons?
If you need to cancel for non-weather reasons:

  • Cancel 14+ days before: Full refund minus a $15.00 admin fee
  • Cancel 7–13 days before: 50% refund minus the admin fee
  • Cancel less than 7 days before: No refund

Is insurance required?
Yes. You may be asked to provide proof of liability insurance for your organization or group prior to your visit.


What if we accidentally damage something?
A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for all group bookings.
If no damages occur, the deposit will be returned within 48 hours after your visit.


Are there any facility rules we need to follow?
Yes! To help keep our space welcoming for everyone:

  • Keep the Skate Change Room tidy — store bags and gear neatly.
  • Do not track water, mud, or grass into indoor areas.
  • No confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, silly string, rice, birdseed, or similar items.
  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or open flames.
  • Be respectful of all playground and splash park equipment.
  • Clean up all garbage and belongings before departure.
