Zumbini is a music and movement program designed for children, along with their caregivers. It combines music, dance, and educational tools to promote cognitive, social, and motor development in young children. The classes typically involve singing, dancing, playing with props, and exploring various rhythms and musical styles. Led by trained instructors, Zumbini sessions provide a fun and interactive way for children and their caregivers to bond while engaging in playful activities that support early childhood development.

  • Expressive therapy uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is grounded in the belief that the creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps people resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and achieve insight. Children will explore colour theory and sensory art through playing with different art mediums including paint, oil pastel, and sculpting while connecting with their inner feelings. This program is designed for children ages 4-9, as well as for children with special needs.

  • Focusing on storytelling, imagination and play, this class will teach ballet basics with an emphasis on fun and creativity. Technique, play, performance and expression mingle together perfectly to create a positive and energetic learning environment. Please dress in something you can move in. Tutu’s and ballet slippers are not required (they are more than welcome) but please no socks.

  • Unlock the power of play and explore social and emotional skills! Spend a few hours with others having fun and playing games like; memory match, board games and building Lego. This therapeutic group is geared toward children with the intent to: -help kids explore, understand and talk about feelings -develop regulation strategies to manage emotions -empower kids to connect with others and advance social skills -improve self image, confidence, enhance relationships, reduce anxiety and so much more…
  • Come join Amy, who is a Mental Health Therapist in the community. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families.
  • Receipt will be provided to submit to your benefits plan, should it cover group therapy.

Little Lungs – Home Alone Course

  • Little Lungs Home Alone program equips youth ages 8-13 with the necessary, age-appropriate knowledge and skills needed to ensure they are safe- whether they are by themselves, with others, or out and about in the community. Youth will also learn how to prepare, recognize and respond to unpredictable situations- like what to do during inclement and severe weather, if you come across strangers, or unanticipated visits.

With an emphasis on skill-building rather than competition, Sportball encourages children to explore different sports like soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis, and hockey, while also promoting confidence, social interaction, and a healthy lifestyle.
